Membership in the Wichita Falls Human Resource Management Association is available to individuals who desire to enhance their professional career in human resources on a local level.

Colleague - $60.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: December 15th No automatically recurring payments Individuals who express an interest in human resource management, but do not otherwise meet the requirements for Professional Membership.
Colleagues are assessed annual dues and they are responsible for any fees associated with attending meetings, seminars, and other events.

NOTE: Applicants regularly participating in the activities of the WFHRMA, who otherwise meet the eligibility requirements for professional membership, will be expected to seek professional membership status and pay annual dues accordingly.

Professional without SHRM Membership - $50.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: December 15th No automatically recurring payments A Professional member is actively engaged in full-time human resource management.

In order to be classified as a professional member, if the above does not apply,
o You must devote at least 50% of your time to human resource management or,
o You can hold some other position within your company but are the person primarily responsible for the human resource management function in the business or organization?
o NOTE: For the purposes of the above information, “human resource management” means the same activities as those identified to be the “accepted body of knowledge” necessary to receive either of SHRM’s professional certifications.

Please note that you are considered qualified for Professional membership if you are:
• Currently certified as a PHR or SPHR by the Human Resource Certification Institute or
• Currently certified as a SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP by the SHRM or
• Are a full-time faculty member regularly teaching in the field of human resource management or
• Are employed as a full-time human resource management consultant

Professional with SHRM Membership - $40.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: December 15th No automatically recurring payments A Professional member is actively engaged in full-time human resource management.

In order to be classified as a professional member, if the above does not apply,
o You must devote at least 50% of your time to human resource management or,
o You can hold some other position within your company but are the person primarily responsible for the human resource management function in the business or organization?

Student - $15.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: December 15th No automatically recurring payments Individuals who are currently enrolled in an accredited institution to acquire a degree in the study of Human Resource Management.
Students are assessed annual dues and they are responsible for any fees associated with attending meetings, seminars, and other events.

NOTE: Applicants regularly participating in the activities of the WFHRMA, who otherwise meet the eligibility requirements for professional membership, will be expected to seek professional membership status and pay annual dues accordingly.
