Chapter #0271
WICHITA FALLS HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION
Wichita Falls HR Management Association (WFHRMA)
VIRTUAL MEETING
"Financial Fitness"
Program Description:
A recent study by PwC found 57% of employees say finances are the top cause of stress in their lives. While employers often can’t solve all of the problems that lead to financial stress, there are things we can do as organizations—and as leaders and managers—to begin to elevate the importance of financial wellness in the workplace and begin to normalize conversations about it, much as we have other aspects of employee well-being. The financial education provided by the OCCC can serve as a resource to your staff.
Your financial outlook can impact your physical, mental, and emotional well-being, so let us help you make positive financial decisions and achieve financial fitness. This session will help you assess your level of financial fitness, set financial goals, and manage your money-mindset.
Learning Objectives:
By the end of this session, participants will be able to:
Assess Current Financial Health
Set Realistic Financial Goals
Understand the Money-Mindset Connection
Implement Practical Financial Strategies
Link Financial Wellness to Overall Well-being
