Panelists:  Featuring a diverse group of experts, including mental health professionals and community advocates, the panel will provide valuable insights and answer questions from attendees.

Program Description: 

Join us for an insightful panel discussion aimed at equipping HR professionals with the knowledge and tools to support mental health initiatives within their organizations. This session will focus on local mental health resources available to employees, the importance of fostering a mentally healthy workplace, and strategies for effectively addressing mental health challenges in the workplace.

Learning Objectives:

  • Understanding Mental Health: An overview of common mental health issues and their impact on the workplace.
  • Local Resources: A presentation of available local mental health services, including counseling, support groups, and crisis intervention resources.

Recertification Credit

SHRM Certification has approved this webcast for 1 PDC toward SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP recertification. A program code will be provided at the end of the webcast. The program also meets recertification credit standards set by the HR Certification Institute and other HR certifying bodies, but candidates must manually enter their activity into their records.
