Educate on basic requirements as employers in the TX Workers’ Compensation system and educate on enforcement actions

How to find additional resources available to employers

Speaker Biography:

Teresa Johnson is the Injured Employee Outreach and Claims Services Manager at DWC. In this role she provides direction and guidance to the Single-Point-of-Contact (SPOC) Team and operational support to the Amarillo, Lubbock, San Angelo, and Midland field offices. Teresa began working for the Division in 2003, at the Amarillo field office where she worked with various types of stakeholders. In 2021, she transitioned to her current leadership role with the SPOC Team.
