A Qualitative Study of Sources and Consequences of Resentment of Helping

> Why some helping situations lead to positive outcomes while others result in negative consequences?

> Resentment of helping as a key factor distinguishing between positive and negative helping experiences.

Speaker Biography:

Shih Yung Chou is an Associate Professor of Management and Chair of the Management and Marketing Department at Midwestern State University. He received his Ph.D. in Business Administration from Southern Illinois University Carbondale. His research interests include organizational citizenship behaviors, counterproductive workplace behaviors, and workplace spirituality.
