Jim is an avid triathlete who uses the many life lessons learned through sports to encourage and inspire others to remain focused and persistent in their quest toward victory in life
With over 32 years in the public education field as a teacher, athletic coach, and school administrator, Jim has embarked on a second journey of sharing many of his experiences, challenges, and stories that he has encountered along the way through his company Building Bridges 4Life, LLC. Jim has served as a school administrator in Kentucky for 22 years at the elementary, middle, and high school levels. The professional development offerings of Building Bridges 4Life gives companies and organizations their best opportunity for success through their most important asset – their people – including those given the responsibility to lead them.
Jim’s expertise includes leadership development materials and content for leaders and the people they lead. He is a coach at energizing and inspiring people to fully use their potential and power to facilitate transformational change in themselves and others. Jim lives in Morgantown, Kentucky with his wife Fammie. They have 3 adult children and one granddaughter.
