Colette Williams, will share the story of Southwest’s extraordinary dedication to customer service, which begins internally among employees and extends to customers. Williamson begins with a little bit of its history and how Southwest maintains its brand to treat each other and its customers with hospitality. You’ll be able to take away concepts for how you can improve employee engagement to create a positive culture in the workplace. Speaker Bio:

An engaging leader, speaker, trainer and coach, Colette started her career as a teacher.  After being education for 20+ years, she eventually married her passion for training with her love of travel and began her journey with Southwest Airlines in 2010.  Colette is currently a leader at Southwest Airlines University, a department of 300+ learning professionals, where she and her team focuses on leadership and employee development for all 60,000 employees of the company.  Colette is passionate about hospitality, customer service, employee engagement, on boarding, and corporate culture
