Summary Description: 

Today's employment cultures require more than just a paycheck! Employees like to "Ride for the Brand". Employee's families like to know the answer to the proverbial question, "What is it again that you do all day?" Company Stores help to promote pride in the Company, promote desired behaviors and increase awareness for hiring potential employees.  In this presentation, we will review and discuss the benefits of implementing Company Stores and measuring their effectiveness, based on several practical examples.

Speaker Bio:

Since 1986, Carl has been with Proforma and by providing value-added services, he developed relationships with high-profile clients such as Neiman Marcus, Johnson and Johnson, American Airlines, LSG Skychefs and Kaiser Permanente. With a genuine love of meeting people, Carl had a knack for unearthing customers' passions and challenges.
