Summary Description: Big data is a term that has been circulating around the tech sphere quite often in recent years. Essentially, the amount of data organizations can mine for information is exponentially increasing every year and, thanks to modern software tools, it is possible to analyze this data and use it to enhance business performance. Big Data can improve talent acquisition processes, retention, and performance management which affects the overall performance of the organization positively.
