  • Non-members: Please email tbaker@vernoncollege.edu if you wish to attend after your first visit, but don't want to order a lunch.
  • $10 Meal Price is for members only.

Program Description:     

Overview:  Today’s workforces are often composed of people from several generations.  These employees often respond to the same criteria in different ways depending upon when they were born. In this presentation, Randi will cover the topics of:

Speaker Bio

Ms. Randi Roanhaus, M.A., LPC Intern, is a Christian Clinical Mental Health Counselor and specializes in academic, career, domestic violence/sexual assault, individual, and couples counseling. Additionally, she is the Manager of Accreditation for the Dillard College of Business Administration at Midwestern State University. She wrote the Birthday Method, a career counseling method targeting audiences who work directly with K-12 students, collegians and alumni, and individuals in professional adulthood. Randi has a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from MSU and also studied abroad at the Queen Mary University of London.
