Program Description: How are you communicating to your staff? Are you communicating effectively? Are you aligning your communications with the way that people in your organization consume information? My presentation, "How to Create an Engaging Communications Strategy for your Business" will discuss these challenges and provide a framework for business owners and HR professionals to identify and adopt effective communications techniques to use in their organizations.

Specific Topics Include:

· Common Communication Challenges

· An Introduction to Communication Audits

· Email Communications Do's and Don'ts

· A Discussion on Social Communications Tools
