 Speaker Bio:        

After graduating from the University of Nebraska at Kearney in 1992 Travis Haggard began his career with Kansas City Life Insurance Company selling Life and Health Insurance, and Annuities.  In 1996 Travis become the Broker and Owner of Haggard Realty, Inc. in Ogallala NE. in which he listed and sold residential, farm and ranch, commercial and vacation real estate.  Travis was also involved in new residential sub-division development, land use planning, and Industrial/Business Park creation.  In 2010 Travis became an employee of the City of Ogallala as the Economic Development Director.  In 2013 Travis was hired as the Executive Director of KCAD, Keith County Area Development, the countywide 501(C)3 Non-Profit Corporation to perform economic development services for the entire county.  November 7th 2013 Travis graduated from the University of Oklahoma’s Economic Development Institute program.  August 2016 Travis and his family moved to Wichita Falls where he is an employee of the Wichita Falls Chamber of Commerce as the Vice President of Business Retention and Expansion.
