Topic: Emerging Strategies for the Evolving Workforce

Program Description: Lynn Billing, region vice president, franchise and license for Spherion Staffing Services, is pleased to present the latest findings of the Emerging Workforce Study, “Emerging Strategies for the Evolving Workforce.” The eighth edition of this study leverages more than 15 years of groundbreaking research to track changing attitudes and expectations of today’s workers and how companies can stay well-positioned to attract, engage and retain top talent

Speaker Biography:

Lynn Billing currently serves as the Regional Vice President for Spherion’s franchise division. She supports franchise owner operations in the south, southwestern and western regions of the U.S. by providing guidance and critical support in a number of areas including sales strategy, market development, service delivery and customer satisfaction. She oversees a regional network that employs thousands of flexible Administrative, Light Industrial and Professional workers every year.

During her 26 years in the staffing industry, Lynn has held various sales, operational, product development and field leadership positions. She holds a Bachelor of Science from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
