This is an interactive informative presentation that requires participants to think of innovative approaches to problem solving and planning to meet current, as well as future needs of their profession.

Program Description: This presentation covers the dramatic changes that are taking place in the workforce now and in the future that will have an impact on how Human Resource Managers, Leaders and Executives develop strategies to handle them.
